    I checked your ban history
    Unknown - Construction & Planning System - This ban set before new modutils.

    I'm not sure what that means as it doesn't show which Mod banned you.
    It may have something to do with the upgrade.

    PM the Mod of that forum and ask them if they know anything about it.

    Here and here, this took me two minutes to find, I'd appreciate it not being marked for my attention unless it actually requires my attention, ta.

    PM muffler, direct him to this thread, ask pleasantly for ban to be lifted. Case closed.
