Issue with Online Retailer

    Without being too vague,

I placed an order for some Photography equipment late December. Due to the purchase I was given a free case worth £48.30. Today I received the free case but it was not the one stated in the offer and is only worth £25.30.

When I contacted the retailer I was more or less told to take it or leave it.

Do I have any rights? The company is in the UK.

    Thanks for your help.

The offer probably said "while stocks last", or "equivelent spec case given if stocks run out". Check up on that first.

Well, they gave it to you for free, so no.
