i was just wondering what is better for my m9 pistol green gas or propane because i heard propane dosent spill out if the mag gets to cold and green gas always does it to me. i know when mags get to cold green gas spills everywhere and has me really p.o.

if anyone knows where i can buy the adapter for the propane it would me appreciated:D:D

Finkel is Einhorn... I mean... green gas is propane, it just has some silicone oil added to lubricate your gbb. Propane is a lot cheaper, you will have to make sure to put silicone oil in the adaptor every few mags. I got my adaptor from Eirsoft.ie, havent been able to find the propane tanks around here yet though.

Theres a tiny difference in fps and the consistance of your shot in propane but I dont think its work having the smell it

I've been told by someone in the past(and correct me if I'm wrong) that the stuff coming out of the mag is mainly air and your not losing that much gas

Gree gas IS propane, only with some silicone oil in it and its filtered to remove the smell.
Theres no difference in the two when it comes to cooling or venting gas, however using propane gives the small advantage of not wetting the hopup rubber with silicone oil every shot so its more accurate and consistent..,

should be in B&Q for about €16 or around a tenner from a local hardware shop, get the red or blue can dont get the yellow, it burns hotter but has less fps & apparently the crystalline residue left behind in the magazine is can ignite on percussion, although i cant verify that myself, some yank on another forum did a test if i recall correctly

i never considered that about the effect of green gas' lube on the hop.

you actually get used to the smell very quickly, you dont even notice, until youre out for a while and get a fresh can
