    Hi All

Can someone advise on price or recommend a surveryor to do a BER cert on my existing home (2/3-bed end terrace, 4yrs old) and a structural survey on my proposed purchase (4-bed semi, built ca. 1972)?
I'm hoping to get a good deal by combining the two jobs. Please feel free to PM if I am breaking any rules...
Both houses are in Malahide, ca. 1.5 miles apart..

    Regards
    BigBru

Go to SEI's list of registered assessors and search there...

I am in the process of buying a second hand property and would like to a structural survey done as well as a services report which would check things like heating, electrical services, water pressure, etc.

Does anyone have a good recommendation (preferably in Galway area) for this type of service?
