NTL Credit Question

    Does anyone know if NTL refund your credit if you cancel your account while in credit?

    I want to pay off NTL so that my monthly bill equals zero and then I will pay them during the month for the services used during that month. the only thing I'm worried about is if/when I cancel the acount will they refund me the credit if I happen to be in credit at the time?

    You pay in advance for the service, by 1 month, and you need to give 1 month's notice to cancel, so you should never be in that situation. You just don't pay for the month following your notice period.
