Folk and Surf...

Kinda looking for some good folk type artists to check out... Kinda like Bruce Springsteen but more modern, like say Josh Ritter, but he's like the only modern folk artist i know...

And also wondering if anyone of ye know any good modern surf bands. I know all the 60's bands but i'm looking for modern 21st century ones... I only know a couple of obscure bands like Slackstring and The Beautiful Girls who imo are absolutely amazing...
So anyone know any similar bands of the sorts??

you guys actually sound really good!! Quite like the volcano song... Though the drums in it sound slightly off...
Its good to see some decent sounding irish bands... finally!
I'm sick of all that indie crap people keep pulling out all the time...

And Frank Turner is not that bad either...
