Brilliant - rather than bothering going out to take a photo of it he just snaps one going by the window ?

How does this person expect the perspective buyer to go through the bother of saving up 2800 of their hard earned cash to give to them for that heap if they wont even bother get off the couch to take a proper pic of it !

And it's the 94 model too not the 1988 as advertised.

Daft price:rolleyes:, mate of mine couldn't sell a 1980 irish reg one (OZO reg) needing metal brakes lines for an NCT,he only wanted €200, he had it in storage for 9 years before he gave it away.

If its as good as it looks on the photos then thats a sensible price.

Wasn't this car up for sale a couple of months ago?

Jesus, can't be many of those left.

Although I'd say the reason its only got 19k on the clock is because its spent most of its life up on a ramp, with a mechanic looking at it shaking his head and sucking air through his teeth and the owner crying in the corner!

Nice - I appreciate it for what it is but the colour doesn't do it for me.

Also that old 1.3 wouldn't pull the skin off a sausage.

Seems like a lot of car for that price - though I suspect what lurks underneath however is not as impressive as the interior!

Jaysus - I'm constantly shocked by the cars knocking about in this country. I would love that Gamma if the price was a bit more realistic.

I'd say it's good value, there's at least 4500 worth of fibreglass and filler there.;):D

I dont know guys, these things are as rare as rocking horse sh!t. It wouldnt be my cup of tea but in fairness look how much the mob pay for Fords and BM's and they're everywhere. Where the fcuk do you get a Gamma!!!! It probably is over priced but the guy knows fine well there are none around. Why in hell would he give it away for a couple of grand. Like using rare and popular as a guide to the percentage of how much its over priced ,on that basis no 3- Series is worth more than 500 quid....Just a thought.

The Gamma has a couple a things against it, its overpriced, its unreliable, it prob has rust issues and they are a god awfull hideous looking thing :o

Have either of you guys seen this car to comment on the actual condition of this car ?

It's a boards failing in my opinion that so many of the posts here fall foul of stereotyping and generalisations, particularly when alot of folk round here think a 1992 Corrolla is something worth wetting ones pants over because "they're reliable"

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

The Gamma is rather special. It's the later model with Bosch fuel injection and not as unreliable as people think. It was less common than most Ferraris when new - now it is very rare. The photos don't do it justice - I'd say it is in superb condition. The price - looks reasonable to me!

Quite true, I probably should have put more affordable ( by me ) rather than more realistic.

    That's why I used "reasonable" :D

These days even very reasonable prices don't seem to be realistic anymore...

    Great time if you're buying...

That's a pretty rare car - isn't the 300SE the one with the air suspension?

.........yep ....very rare car. If its in good shape its worth that all day long. One that has a rough body is worth half, and one needing air suspension or engine work is worth about 10% since most parts are unique and expensive.
