    That C70 is a bargain!

I'd take it any day over an A4 convertible too...

No mention of any NCT though :(

Hardly would fail mon much with those miles? Although, you'd wonder.

Pity that mywheels.ie with the almost free check isn't about anymore.

That C70 convertible is probably one of the first in Ireland. I've also seen that particular example in the flesh before and can confirm it is a nice car.

The only problem with these is that they supposedly suffer from more scuttle shake than usual for that class of the time. That said, I've ridden in one before and didn't really notice it.

Buy now, sell for profit come summer !! assuming the roof is water tight for our summer :pac:

One would wonder if the entire passenger side wing/door isn't caved in at that price

Overpriced indeed, I wouldn't be asking much more for my 90K ish 2002 ZT in a few months.
You'd think he'd mention 'twas an auto in the add.

I always found the head room pretty poor in those Carina's, especially with the sunroof.

This thread is a bad influence on me :(

I'm trying to find ways of justifying paying the €1566 per year tax on 4.0 V8s ;)

    Damn you all :D

last owner used it as a second car in the off chance we got nice weather , NCT ran out last Oct he just never bothered getting it done , its a well maintained car full of history , it would breeze an NCT imo .:)

Because your add comes up in more search results. I can't complain, the lad who bought my e30 was buying an Audi A4:o

I know, but it's annoying, and some of the cars typed in at the bottom are of very little relevance to the car advertised. For instance, why would someone be interested in a diesel Carina E when they were originally looking for a Supra?

I could understand if you were advertising the likes of a Mazda 121 and put Fiesta in at the bottom of the advert, seeing as they're both the same car. But to type in the name of a 1990's supercar when what you're advertising is a diesel hatchback seems pretty pointless to me.

Aye there are some ridiculous ones alright, but not many people buying a 03 Audi A4 would buy a 90's E30 either, lol.

I don't know really. TDI 'weapon' A4 or RWD 'welded diff' E30.

I'd imagine the clientele would be of a similar demographic to be honest.

That's been going around Foxrock area for years, wonder how it ended up in Waterford.

Nice car and certainly rare as a 3.0 litre.

The diff wasn't welded and the car immaculate. Sold for twice what other 316i's were making...

That's what I'm saying, it probably is now.:pac:

... Kinda of annoying to admit but it's changed hands three times now, a friend of mine bought it back (without telling me) and it had a welded diff in it :(
