Why is supporting his god-forsaken club so hard ? why do they do it to us ?
I must have been an awful prick in a former life.

Very emotional night on the couch.
There might even have been a tear or 2 when Pav scored.
Thank you, thank you, Thank you.

    WEMBLEY HERE WE COME !!!!

it's amazing how when watching spurs you feel so many
emotions. mostly anger and frustration but then suddenly
a great rush of elation to the cold reality of how crap we
    really are

    Yup, plenty space for improvement.

That said, I'd settle for the same 120 minutes on March 1st against the Muffans :)

    P.S. OP - I presume you reckon half-time was muck too......? :D 90 + 30..... ;)

A roller coaster ride for the last forty years for me. Haven't felt much worse than I did tonight in those forty years, and then out of the blue Pave strikes and I hit the roof. Neighbours must think I totally flipped. Done a jig.

Very interesting interview with Harry. He more or less said a few players were walking a tightrope and their futures were on the line. Said some were sulking because he was signing more players. Had to be Hudd he was talking about.

Anyway roll on March 1st. Was he actually trying to play mind games with Fergie about weakened team at the weedend.

I think he meant it saying that he'd play his second string against Utd this weekend. In reality the game against Stoke on tuesday is far more important so he wants to rest some of your 'stars'

Oh dear god...sums it up really! Probably the end for Huddlestone I'd say after harrys comments after saying"people should be fightin for their lives out there" after the signing of Palacious!
But the game summed up everything i hate about defoe! Yes, he scored...but did F**K all during the whole game!
The relief when Pav struck...could finally sit back in my seat...Phew!!!
    K SERA- SERA, WE'RE GOING TO WEMBLY!!!:D

all the relief and elation of getting through the tie hopefully wont, but proberbly will, mask the ineptitude of redknap. Yes the players were awful, apart from daws and proberbly bently. But to start with a team of defoe and modric up font on a night like that was just inviting pressure on from the start. Pav was on the bench and those condition are nothing to him coming from the russian league. He would have given an outlet to the rest of the team to relieve some of the pressure from Burnley. The only positive from the game is the outcome that we are going to wembly, despite being played off the park by an average championship side for 45min of the first game and at least 90mins of the second game.
We NEED a keeper, a left sided player, another strker and a covering centerhalf or we could very well go down. And if that happens, or if we just manage to stay up by the skin of our teeth maybe people might start to look at redknapps obvious short comings.

was watching in the bar with a crowd of man yoo supporters, i swear to god i was two seconds away from considering the word 'glass' as a verb.

Heart was absolutely broke watching that from goal one til three i was gutted. Even when we scored i could barely celebrate because we didnt deserve it and it was the least eye-pleasing spectacle of football from spurs Ive seen in a while and that is saying something.

You'd think with so many fringe players getting a run out they'd be trying to catch attention for first team play but harry was right it looked like a couple of them had the hump and had no interest. Burnley spread the play right then left but were always going forward whereas when we got the ball we were looking back and to the sides like we were afraid to attack.

Brutal display - do we deserve to be relegated on the back of performances like that? - probably.
