Quackles you are doing what is right for you and baby. I went through this exactly and found that I was equating my ability as a mother too closely with my ability to breastfeed. It nearly killed me emotionally to stop but like yourself it was torture. Think of all that liquid gold you've given baba and then look at how lovely and happy your little one is when you bottle feed and you are all nice and calm. As was said here before "Happy mammy = happy babby!" My little one is almost 10 months now and is fantastically happy and healthy. Hugs to you petal!:D
