    I don't recall Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci, or Bill Gates being rulers, but I might be wrong (I was once wrong in 1994 as I recall).

    I dont think clinton ever showed any stalinist tendencies though. I wonder if it has that much to do with anything ;)
