This little man was found as a stray in Mountbellew. Judging from his condition he could've been dumped :(. He appears to be deaf and his coat is matted. His eyes are gunky and his skin is very bad. He is so knackered he sleeps most of the time and his pads are cracked. He's only here for about 3 hours, he will go to the vet first thing. The couple who found him and brought him to me named him "Scruffy":

Poor Scruffy

He looks quite old but very hard to tell in his condition. Hope it's good news with the vet tomorrow.
