Blackberry Storm 9500

I have upgraded my phone to the Blackberry Storm 9500. I am having a problem installing the desktop manger software that came with the phone. I keep getting a message [the wizard was interrupted before software was installed try again later] Would appreciate it if anyone could help. Mardee

dunno - sounds more like a pc type thing - doubt vodafone customer care can do much - I'd say try downloading latest desktop manager online first, or try installing in safe mode...
