I came across a concept the other day which would help Pub owners like myself to sell food without Chefs. I put it into my operation and it works. Does it make money...don't know yet. Anybody needs some info please PM. Thanks Oliver

The oven I purchased actually can read via a label what you want him to cook and for how long. Even my bar man can call himself a cook now.
