Also, can the dev ones be updated as easily as the regular ones?

s'wrong with ebay? i get all my phones on there, its cheaper and they don't have the sim-lock / branding ****e.

As I mentioned above, the ones on eBay aren't the developer ones and the developer ones come unlocked anyway.
