Limewire on Perlico

Hi all, My friend got Perlico broadband installed recently. Since it was installed their Limewire won't work. I had a look earlier, disabled the firewall at the router. The router has a crap UI - couldn't figure out how to configure port forwarding, etc. Does anyone know how to get Limewire working on Perlico?
