Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You wanted 25600
    I presume you mean ISO.
I like the black-n-white versions, but not the color !

    First one is rockin'!

I'm twicely amazed. 25600 ! , high iso sensor capabilities are just progressing in leaps and bounds. Loads of noise reduction on them sort of blur the details in native res, but still pretty good. B&W is definately better though.

secondly, irrespective of everything else, that first shot is just fantastic :-)

The first shot is a great capture.

    Its quite grainy

There's no pleasing some people! Considering the ISO 25600 is 16 times more sensitive than ISO 1600 film, which would be a little grainy in the same circumstances, I think these just amazing:).

Great shots all round (especially the first) and a great demonstration of the capabilities of the camera.

^yes, i agree shooting at ISO 25600 is gonna be a little grainy. I was just stating that i quite liked the grainy effect in the picture... And it is still quite amazing quality at that high ISO speed.
Btw mind my ignorance for asking what camera has this been shot from?

Ta people, b+w def disguises the 25600 Iso better.
On the train to Galway now for leg 2 of the gig.
Bringing the 40D as can't trust myself with drink/occasion so the 5D II stays at home.
Not used it for awhile and the viewfinder is so so dark!
    Aaarrrggghhh it's horrible!

certinly gives retro feel to them. like film from the 80's.

it is a great capability to have where you need it.
