how to get the hunter in ps2 vice city

    hi what do you have to do to get the hunter i have a cheat for cars fly but i can't find it.i am going mad:mad:

    It's in the army base by the airport. If you get the police uniform you can walk in without getting shot at.

    Also i think if you find all 100 hidden packages you can unlock the hunter somewhere else in the city.

    Yeah, from memory if you get the 100 packages it shows up constantly on a helipad on the very south side of the east section. Theres a house there near the hotel you check into at the start

    In fairness..its way too much effort collectin all the packages,, i needed to use a guide


    Your better off taking a police Heli or something and flying over to the airport, it randomly appears...so fly...see if its there....fly back to the arena or somewhere else..then fly back..check again, etc

    Or theres probably a cheat to spawn it

    are you sure at the hunter is at the army base and do you have to do the 100% and 100hidden packages too

    we looked on a web site for cheats but i can't find one

    Positive its at the army base...there is a section in between 4 tents where it spawns.

    Just go back there...then fly away..then go back and check it WILL be there.

    By doing 100% of the packages it will ALWAYS be on the helipad at the south of the city along the beach

    Ive not played it in years, my fave GTA game, but the novelty of the Hunter will wear off, wasnt worth me spending hours collectin a 100 packages tbh :(

    According to 1 guide --
    The Hunter isn't there when you go to steal it, it just means you haven't
    completed enough missions for it to show up quite yet or you haven't
    collected all 100 packages

    I seemed to recall that if you hovered above the police for too long you would get busted. This despite the fact that there was about 20 ft between you and the police.

    Don't you have to do a specific mission at the base to get the chopper?

    Yeah I can't remeber which one it was though, it's fairly far into it I think.
