problems with meteor MMS/ISp today?

Im having probs sending mms and also using Iinternet explorer today. Checked all my settings and all seem fine. rebooted the phone a few times to no avail. No point me ringing meteor as they just say to me, "We dont support that type of phone" Yep phoned meteor, got the answer i was expecting that its my phone and meteor…

Yep phoned meteor, got the answer i was expecting that its my phone and meteor dont support WM6 phones. I told the customer care woman that ts worked for the past year or so.

She was adamant it was my phone. end of.

When will companies actually employee people that actually know something about the products/fields they are suppossed to support?
