ntl no cap ? does it really exist ?

After a long wait im finally in a situation when ntl should be available to me assuming the letter they sent me today about upgrading my road is true. My big question is how are they about the cap ? ive currently a 50gb cap per month with digi web which i generally stick to but constantly have to keep an aye on it ? i see…
