[UPC] Who does not pay their BB by direct debit?

    I am thinking of paying my BB bill with UPC via my credit card instead of DD, after a bad experience I had recently that led me to believe they are as bad as BT.

    I also had terrible trouble with BT overbilling me continuously (I'm still owed €40 that I'll never see) but I got rid of them because of that. I don't really want to go through the whole thing again.

    Thing is, I'll have to pay an extra €3 per month. Does anyone else do this? Have you had any trouble from the company?

    I pay UTV by credit card, never had any issues with them to be honest
