Peugeot 406 coupe - What do you know about them?

Looking at a high mileage 3.0l v6 on pistonheads. I always thought these were a stunning looking car and i cant think of any car that is as good looking for this kind of money. This seems to have been really looked after and despite its high mileage looks to be very, very clean. Also the 3.0 litre would surely be capable of big mileage being a high cc engine. Beautiful car for £1,000.

The 406 saloon is a sound car and the V6 is a sound engine. The coupe only looks different from a saloon. Underneath it's pretty much the same car

I drove a 2.0L one, very smooth car and lovely to drive, i can only assume the 3.0L V6 would be even better!

The 406 Coupé 3.0 is a lovely car. I'd check the left hand side of that one for accident damage though, the wing & bonnet look to be a slightly different colour to the rest of the car in pic 2. Also, look at where the wing meets the bumper by the headlight.
