Why can't I ask a question?

    I've tried to post a question but have failed. I've had less than 20 posts. Is this why?:confused:
    Oh dear! I just realise that this is a question and it is up. I had received a note saying something about spam, less than a certain number of posts etc.

    Yeah, there are certain things you can't do if you've less than 25 posts. Where were you trying to ask a question?

    Hi Seamus! It now seems to be OK. I've the question in Construction and Planning. I guess I over reacted to the anti-spam note.:o
