Is it possible to buy a Citroen for this amount?

Am looking to buy a citroen C1.
Do you think it would be possible to buy one for about 4000-4200? All the ones I have seen are 6-7000. Is there bargaining to be done?

It looks like it has all the bells and whistles, tiptronic gear box, and the 1.4 in these are fairly decent yokes to drive.

Try this one too. Looks like it has a VTR bodykit on it, and its the 1.1 model, so would be easier to insure and tax.

I dont know if you get a C1 for that money being honest, as far as i can see most are up a the five and a half or six grand mark. Chances are on a car worth that, there wouldnt be a massive margin on it.
