O2 extend ringing

I've done a search and tried a couple of the **61* etc suggestions, but I am getting a "Not completed" error. Any ideas guys? IS this **61* thingy phone dependant or just pertinent to the provider eg O2?

If you're on prepay customer care have to do it for you, if you're on bill and if the shortcodes arent working give them a call anyway

Have you checked the code your entering?

* * 61 * divert number * * 30 # and then the "send" / "call" button.

Note: you can extend your ringtime to a maximum of 30 seconds
Pay monthly only can use this code
