Sim Free/ Meteor Phones

I just got a bill pay phone which was robbed last week. Now unfortunately I didnt have insurance which was really stupid but ahh well. So I need a Meteor or sim free phone preferably Nokia. Anybody know where the cheapest place is to get one? Thanks in advance
