Compaint about claim

I had to claim on my car insurance, i won't go into details but I wasn't happy with the way it was dealt with, so as well as writing a letter of complaint to the company, I'm also going to write one to an official body. Would it be the Irish Financial regulator that I would address this letter?

You should probably wait until after you get a response to your letter of complaint from the Insurer, before you start writing to the FSO.

If you are not satisfied with the Insurers reply you can then refer it to the FSO.
