Is it possible to link a Database to a touch screen hand held device?

    Hi guys,
    I just want to know is it possible to link a database to a touch screen hand held device through a wireless network?... if this is not possible what would be the best alternative?

    It is possible. You are talking about a networked device connecting to a database. The fact that it is wireless is, for the most part, irrelevant. The fact that it is a touch screen device, is also pretty irrelevant.

    The wireless device could talk to an application server of some sort, which talks to the database, or, you could have a custom written application for the hand-held that talks to the database directly.
