An idea might be to list successful points of refund, as all kiosks are not always clued in to these things, and I would really like to avoid a situation where I take 20 minutes out of my day to be told to come back when there is a manager on/contact customer services, or somethin.

I got my refund at the kiosk where I purchased my ticket. She said she was informed by TM by phone to take them back for the next 7 days. On the downside, I bought two tickets and my mate still has his stub in Dublin but you need to go back to point of sale. Gonna try get it off him tomorrow

My friend got a refund today after going back to the kiosk in Jervis Street, no issues. My bf is going to go in tomorrow with our tickets.

I actually got a phonecall today from Tivoli to make sure that I knew that I could get a refund from Ticketmaster. Very impressed, didn't think I'd hear back from them at all!
