Beginner Query: How do I split a phone line to an RJ45 patch panel?

I'm attempting to set up my sister's new house which has had 32 CAT5E cables laid all patched back to 2 x 24 CAT5E patch panels. I'm trying to determine how to take the main phone line and patch it out to up to 6 points through the patch panel. Any easy way to do this or do I need to purchase something to split the line.
