Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi folks, got myself a 40d last week and am thrilled with it. Unfortunatley yesterdat i slipped and broke my elbow and will be in plaster for 4 weeks.:mad::( cant put camera up to my eye. So does 40d shoot wireless? and in the live view Ifind it does not focus sharply? 4 weeks without camera is going to be hard going!!!:mad:

I take it you broke your right arm then.... Bummer. Why don't you use the time without the camera to read a few good photography books....

You can get a remote kit from Calumet in Belfast or a hard wired one from Canon.

stick on a prime lens, use your left arm and shoot portrait for a few weeks. Could be an interesting project

The 40D doesn't have wireless so i put this one in mine and works very well.
