anyone ever seen this before?

a bit hard to explain . but here goes. saw a tv program and two guys sitting strapped in to a plastic ten or 12 foot bubble of a type of plastic or rubber. looked like fun . they were rolled down a hill. anyone know the same of this . dying to get the info on this i do paintballing etc want to try this now.
