Was driving by Bushy park (Rathfarnam I think ? ) today and the difference between today and yesterday is amazing . Yesterday it looked like a solid three inches maybe of snow there, today it was patchy except in shaded areas!!
Here its hard to tell the difference but the snow looks a little more sunken I guess and is gone from the heather on lower southern facing slopes. Garden still has about 5 inches I'd guess though.

showers look to be retreating back to the coast. so it will be interesting to see if there are any reports of snow from the belmullet station tonight.

Same as yesterday, bright and calm starting from a about zero.

6c in warm feeling sunshine.
Could be heading for the warmest day of this february so far.

Yeah I took the sandyford exit off the M50 yesterday.
Snow patches in lots of places up the n11 from jack whites northwards.

The pavement down by bewleys sandyford was still covered in frozen slush.

First above zero min last night in a while - min +0.2. Still patches of snow at the end of the garden - bit more sheltered from sun - and snowman still hanging in there - hasn't quite lost his shape - just his eyes, nose, mouth and buttons!

snow starting to dissapear here now but still plenty of snow left in parts of garden, i reckon it will all melt by 2moro evening which wud make it 11 days of lying snow.

About 1 ft.sq. of snow left in my back garden. Bye bye snow! Come back soon.

snow still thawing here, I think its gonna be above freezing tonight just about everywhere, The cold snap is definitely over now, temps of 8C widely across the country atm, just a bit cooler in the east, next week is looking very mild, hopefully another cold spell will attack us in over a week's time.

Temp rose a bit after this and finally ended with a min of 0.7; so no sub-zero again. This morning dull and damp.

Felt so cold out this morn under the cloud but temp is rising now.
Brightening up and will see sun for a while shortly.
A short shower earlier as well.
