Good first half by Sunderland, Newcastle are dominating now. I feel they may grab a goal back.

Cissé is off injured and Jones isn't looking too well either, Chopra just ain't their level.

The more i see of Jones, and i've seen him a lot from the crowd, the more i hate the guy as a player, i would have jumped for a swap deal plus cash for bent if those reports were true.

Was impressed with Gutierrez today, id have him as man of the match.

Neither team deserved to win anyways.

It's a joke that, despite being plagued with injuries up front, Kinnear refuse to even acknowledge Xisco. Last week (before Shola was fully fit), he said that the only recognised striker we had was Carroll. WTF, talk about making a player feel like sh/t.

Apparently he is brutal though, I don't know what they say about him on the Newastle forums but I remember someone on the blackburn forum mentioning he was hopeless in a reserve game.

Well he had form at Depor (and scored against your lot

), and tbh, there is no way that he can be so bad that he shouldn't even get a look in ahead of Shola. It would be one thing if Viduka, Owen and Martins were fit, fair enough, but Shola is an absolute donkey. I refuse to believe that Xisco is that bad, that he can't replace Shoal for 15-20 mins.

Yeah in fairness theres not much competiton there at the minute. Thats just what some guy said, then again he might just have said it because he scored against us, forgot about that.

Gutted with the result, and our so called stikeforce (never doubted Shola would miss in fairness, better than Shearer from the spot tbh).

Jonas though, what a player, and what a heart!!! If only he was playing in a Keegan team or even just a good / decent team. Hopefully we can hang onto him, already my favourite winger after Ginola to play for us.

And Bassong, what a find!

All in all, so frustarating.
