Universal remote for Plustron DVD player?

When moving flat I seem to have lost the remote control for my Plustron 988 DVD player (Dunnes stores, cheap one). Reading online it seems some universal remote don't list plustrons or have codes for them. Has anyone gotten one that works, or sourced replacement remotes? Any thoughts appreciated.
