Router Setup for Regional Broadband

Having lots of disconnects when I try to setup my new router (a Belkin N F5D8233) with my Regional BB connection. Not noticeable when websurfing but kicking me out of games, which is a pain.

The security log shows the Ip address being renewed every 1700 (seconds I presume) which I'm sure is down to something in the router setup, but what?

Doesn't matter if I connect directly to the router or wirelessly, also happens with both my Vista desktop, Windows 7 beta (on same desktop) or XP laptop, so I reckon it's not the PCs either.

Everything works fine when I connect directly or use my old router (belkin G+)

Anyone have the same issue or can give some constructive suggestions?
