How much do you reckon this would be?

My mama is thinking of replacing the big window at the back of the house with double doors and then putting a smaller window where the back door is and moving the sink under the new window like this:

So between knocking down the walls, getting new double glazed double doors, a new double glazed window, new window sill, rebuilding the wall, getting rid of the step at the back door, pebble dashing the new wall and screeding the bit at the bottom, then painting the new to match the old, both on the outside wall and inside wall, plastering the inside wall, moving the kitchen sink over and new plumbing under the window, getting rid of the old windows and doors, with a skip, new curtain pole and all that jazz, I threw up a figure of about 3-5K at a guess.

What do you wise folk reckon it would cost for the whole job from start to finish and how long would a job like this take?

    Any feedback appreciated :)

Thanks for the input, what's the grade about? Is it window quality or heat retention quality? Is there a big difference in the price? You reckon you wouldn't get it done under 3.5K anyway even with some cowboy:pac:
