Looking for Insurance on Camper

Hi
I would really appreciate any help. My problem is that I want to buy some form of camper/surfbus in the line of a VW Transporter of Renault Master.

My problem is that the insurance companies that I have looked at will not even quote people under 27. I am only 23.

Is there any companies that will insure me or is there another way around this, i.e. Insure as van and declare modifications that have been made. I understand that this may be more costly but is it a solution?

Any help much appreciated.

I was in the same position as you when I was 19 and had to wait six years!!!

Stay away from the motorcaravan club thingy, the guy I rang to talk about joining was pig ignorant!!

I will certainly check them out. Although by the sounds of it I'm going to have to wait a few more years.
