Hi a friend dell dimension e520's motherboard got a power surge and died, was wondering whats the best replacement motherboard or should i bother?? dell is standard model ec8m??

I think the E520 is BTX which would be a pain to replace, why not buy a new motherboard and case together? Better machine, inside and out.
