Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I started a thread in the HE section but was advised to maybe bring it up here as I can't seem to fix the problem.
    http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=58884040&posted=1#post58884040

Basically I bought a Sweex USB 5.1 soundcard so i could use my 5.1 speakers. At the start the quality was great, just what i wanted. But then all of a sudden during a song it just seem to fall in quality and there is horrible distortion in the sound now. If you read the other thread ive tried lots of things but nothing seems to fix it.
Ive noticed if i go into 'device manager' and click on 'update driver' for the device it gives me this error 'the device cannot start(code 10)

Does anybody have any ideas what the problem is?

Is it a faulty device and should I bring it back or is it software issues?

    Thanks.

Have you tried completely removing and reinstalling the device?

I have had similar problems when I was getting feedback off of the microphone channel. I was able to unplug the microphone cord and this fixed it.
