Anybody know if there was a double storey extension but onto a 2/3 bed house and if it was built yet?

theres a house in the Wood (3-bed end terrace) that has had this done, and it has been built - looked alright when I walked past recently.

Yeah the house in the wood is completed and looks great, he had to apply for planing permission I know.
