    I am trying to support a charity in Co. Clare. They have an Eircom Netlink PBX which needs some settings updated! The big problem is I've not an expert on telephone systems, and there is no manual on site. Does anyone know where I could get a user manual cheap? Even being able to borrow one for a week or two would be great.

    Is the netlink the old white analogue one or is the the newer black digital/analogue model?
