How long will I be down for?

Hey there. Just wondering if anybody can give info on how long I can expect to be offline for if I am moving from the Eircom 7mb package to the 24mb BT one. (I WOULD go with Smart, but that is a no-go on the Dun Laoghaire exchange, sadly.) Thanks.

These are my current speeds. Still a long shot from 24mb, but infinatly better then yesterday.

My Modem/Router is a Netgear DG834N ADSL2+ modem & this can give stats - here's my current stats

Edit: This image capture shows my stats with ADSL2 settings - I can change my settings on this modem from ADSLv1 ADSL2 ADSL2+ & I can change the SNR margin which should change the speed but not a budge

This speed test is all over the place or else I'm using it wrong - I always click on the yellow pyramid - here's my current results - wildly different to a few minutes ago:

Sorted out my problems - turned out my wiring was faulty - here's my speed test now -for a 6Mb line it's pretty good
