Hi all, am picking up a mate for work at the estate in at the Boyne Valley Hotel. Which would be the best way to go from Slane? A friend said the dorone road might be handier, what do you think?

I would recommond the main road, straight over the M1 and on to the old North Road, take a right at the roundabout and down into the town. Then straight on to the Boyne Valley. I wouldn't be recommonding going on the Donore road, it may be a few minutes shorter but not as driver friendly.
