Are you asking about our bandwidth usage or our database size?

Actually, both are into the terrabytes and I dont have exact figures for either. Poor aul Cult will be back sometime and might have the answers.

I know I dont want to know the bandwidth size, last time I asked Regi is was like 8 Terrabyte a month or something insane. i'd guess its maybe 12 now?

Anyone else want to play "guess the sizes before Cult arrives"... everyone except Asok and friends :p

I cant recall the database at all, I'll guess 6 TB. (you'd think I'd know that, wouldnt you! :) )

    DeV.

yea both database and bandwith, wow at the bandwidth, thats pretty amazing never would have thought it would be anything like that, seems as it's mostly just text, a few forums allow pictures but not many - wow, thanks for the info

i'll put 1 gold coin* on 10 TB a month.
    what are the odds like?

*(wildland currency. may not be legal tender in your country, realm or planet. t&cs apply. your house and life may be in danger if receiving said coinage. always read the label. children and pregnant women should contact a gp before touching said currency.)

What always scares me about the big-boards statistic is the amount of vertical in every trend.

I can remember when we hit 1 million posts. It was a milestone and it took four and a half years to get there. Now we get a million posts every 3 months.

Size of the DB is 10-11GB.

I actually don't know what our monthly bandwidth is.

I thought the title was "Boards monthly bandwagon", and was gonna suggest thanking The Citizen's posts....

wow... the DB is a lot smaller then I thought it would be. Oh hang on... the attachements are stored in the fileserver now? not the DB?

That would make more sense if so.
