Impact of bank recapitilisation on other banks

Perhaps a question with an obvious answer but would appreciate a definite answer if anyone as any idea.........

What will be the impact on all banks in the Irish market that do not receive a bank recapitilisation or are not in covered under the state guarantee ?

Take National Irish Bank as an example - on the one hand they will not have to pay the 8-10% annual interest on any recapitilsation while they are covered by a Danish government bank guarantee (but they will not be able to benefit from a proposed Danish government proposed recapaitilisation if Danske Banks shareholders choose to take it). However, on the other hand, they could well perhaps lose market share while BoI and AIB gain share in using the recapitilsation.
I know there are probably hundreds of other variables that could be considered, but at a general level, what would the impact on these banks be. Perhaps impossible to say without knowing more detail of the state of their books ?
