    Anyone know if it is possibel to get from Limerick to Macroom by public transport?

    Tom, looks like you can do it with Bus Eireann, http://194.106.151.94/jplan/bin/query.exe/en?seqnr=1&ident=98.07808187.1233825728&OK#focus
    Just select either your departure time or your hoped arrival time and click 'Search connection'.

    It doesn't look like you can do it by rail. Checking the Bus Eireann website (www.buseireann.ie), there isn't a direct link from Limerick either. Looks like you take a bus/train from Limerick to Cork and then a bus from Cork to Macroom.

    Its either:

    Limerick to Killarney and then onto the Cork bus

    or

    Limerick to Cork and onto the Killarney bus

    or:

    Limerick to Cork by rail and on to Macroom by Bus
