I have been using Build desk as of late, I find the condensation risk analysis very handy, Not a very user friendly programme though and they have just decided that it is not free anymore either. In the current climate, If I asked for money from the boss he'd probably just hand me a pink slip with P45 on it.

Anybody using anything else for calculating their U-values or could reccomend something similar?

I have a simple excel based one but macros are giving trouble:mad:.

myself id normally just do the calcs on a spread sheet, its grand for most purposes, until you get to something more complicated than a partially bridged stud wall...

Maybe I just need to fiddle about with it abit more but Builddesk had thermal bridging % and condensation risk analysis, all handy stuff to have.

The c-valuator is grand even with the roundabout printing arrangement.

I'm pedantic the aerated conc blocks are 0.18 W/SqMK in the programme while they are actually 0.19 W/SqMK:P. Any word on the password (PM:D)
