Hi, Has anyone attempted to use this new procedure, in since Jan 12th 2009 ? I am trying to raise a complaint against a company in France, but the Courts service here are telling me they have received no training on it, and therefore is nothing they can do. If anyone has used it so far, could you let me know the best way…
