Tony, I'd probably struggle to play anywhere but stars. Ipoker and my PC/connection do not get on well. Can you take me out until a venue is confirmed? Thanks

This will be on ipoker. Pokerstars have shown a lack of real interest as opposed to a few ipoker sites that are really interested. Will i remove you both from the list?

Say there's 12 people in A...Each of you transfer $250 before the series begins..So thats $3000 in prizepool

There's then 11 rounds on headsup where you play a best of 3 headsup for any limits you decide (pref $20 min). At the end of the series we will pay top 3, so for 12 players its..

1st - $1600
2nd - $900
3rd - $500

Going to close entries soon for this. If we get 4 leagues of 12, i'll be happy enough. This is going to run on ipoker btw although the exact site is not confirmed.

If i have any details wrong below, or if someone isnt happy with the league they are in, just let me know.

This year will also see an FA CUP style knockout competion for anyone that wishes to enter. Cost of entry will be $15 and this will be done intermittingly (sp?) throughout the season. It will be a random draw and all rounds will have 1 week to complete matches or a walkover will be awarded.

Will be updating this later. I'd be hoping to finalise the leagues and all details by Monday. We're still a little short on numbers and there will be a couple of drop outs no doubt. There will be an account to transfer all funds once reg begins and we'll take it from there. Once this interest lists dries up, i'll start a new thread with all the details.

OK I've come to an agreement with an ipoker site for the upcoming league. We're just finalising a couple of terms and then i'll start a new thread and post up full details incl everything from money added, blogs, prizes, trophies, and more.

Going to close entries soon for this. I'm hoping to have all leagues full and begin the transfer of money early next week and hopefully have everything up and running by the following week. If we need to expand leagues, it wont be a problem.

The entry fee figures were based on the league in 2007. I'm going to adjust them slightly before the league begins. This will build the prize pool and the money being added will bump it up even more as you will see.

Serie A - was $250. I will leave this at $250 unless the vast majority of players in A want to increase this to $300. Contact me on here or pm expressing whether you are for or against an increase.

Serie B - was $130. Going to increase this to $150. Its looking like the most competitive league (due to numbers) so if we get past 12 players, this will build a nice prizepool

Serie C - $90 Serie D $60. These leagues were joined together last year because they couldnt be supported individually. I think we have the numbers to run them apart this time around. Serie C will now be $100 and Serie D will stay at $60.

I cant see anyone having a real problem with the small increase. so let me know if anyone's opinions or interest has changed based on this.
